In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the idn99 Platform. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. idn99 operates a strict 21+ policy across all gaming and betting products. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The idn99 Platform is designed primarily for adult players who are residents of Indonesia and who access the Platform from Indonesian territory. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance. idn99 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to Members based on geographic location at its sole discretion.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account at idn99. The opening of multiple accounts by the same natural person — whether under the same identity or different aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.4 Legal Capacity. You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or maintain an account on idn99.

3.1 Registration Process. To access betting and gaming services on idn99, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account.

3.2 Required Information. Registration requires, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian bank account details or preferred e-wallet identifier (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), and your preferred contact method.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. idn99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. You must notify idn99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). idn99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. idn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. idn99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idn99 does not apply currency conversion fees; the balance displayed in your Rupiah Wallet reflects the exact amount received after any payment provider processing charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction and may be adjusted from time to time at idn99's discretion. Members are advised to review current limits before initiating transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to the Member's Rupiah Wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. idn99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, you must contact support at [email protected] with proof of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. idn99 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification for first-time requests or requests exceeding specified thresholds. idn99 reserves the right to apply additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that appear anomalous or inconsistent with normal account activity.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's name that matches the identity information on file. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited via a specific payment method must ordinarily be withdrawn via the same method up to the amount deposited; surplus winnings may be withdrawn via the Member's preferred registered method.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be deemed inactive. idn99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee not exceeding Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts. Members will be notified via their registered email address at least 30 days before any such fee is applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by idn99 are subject to these General Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits awarded to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, and live dealer table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement; the applicable contribution rates are specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. idn99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated abuse through related or affiliated accounts. idn99 reserves the right to void Bonus Credits and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions. idn99 regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of the promotion and are available for a limited duration only.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. idn99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retrospectively diminish the value of Bonus Credits already credited to a Member's Account and subject to ongoing wagering requirements.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at idn99's sole discretion. idn99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet has been placed fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, betting market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market interface. idn99 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, idn99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Rupiah Wallets. idn99's decision in respect of erroneous odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by technical failure is final. "If in doubt, void" is idn99's operational principle in such circumstances.

6.4 Sportsbook — In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered across BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, and other major sporting competitions. In-play odds update continuously based on match developments. idn99 accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on delayed data feeds or score information obtained from sources other than the idn99 Platform itself.

6.5 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by internationally regulated software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Game results are final once the round has concluded and the outcome has been recorded in the platform system.

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. idn99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. • Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period before the system prevents further wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be contacted with promotional material. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net gaming activity.

8.1 Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the idn99 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Opening more than one Account or accessing the Platform using another Member's Account credentials;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been available;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to conduct any activity that constitutes or facilitates financial crime;
• Engaging in any form of "chip dumping", match-fixing, or systematic arbitrage designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies across betting markets;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software infrastructure;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing idn99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8.2 idn99 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, idn99 may void all affected bets and winnings, suspend or close the Account, withhold or claw back any funds associated with the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9.1 All content on the idn99 Platform — including but not limited to the idn99 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphic design elements, text content, software, and databases — is the property of idn99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the express prior written consent of idn99.

9.3 Game content is provided under licence from third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All rights in such game content are reserved by the respective providers.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds arising from betting or gaming activity; loss of data; loss of revenue or profits; or losses arising from system downtime, technical malfunction, or third-party service failures.

10.2 idn99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to certain features or the Platform in its entirety. idn99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.3 idn99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action or the form of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Rupiah Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 idn99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 idn99 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud detection partners solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

12.1 idn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. idn99 will endeavour to notify Members of material changes via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12.3 idn99 maintains a record of previous versions of these Terms. If you require access to a prior version of the Terms for any reason, please contact support and we will endeavour to provide the requested version within a reasonable timeframe.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which idn99 is incorporated and licensed. idn99 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and does not make any representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to idn99's internal dispute resolution process. Members may initiate a dispute by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". idn99 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through idn99's internal process, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent ongoing harm.
